The Belbroughton Village Design Statement has been produced by a steering group in collaboration with other residents and supported by Belbroughton Parish Council.

The aim  is to:

• Preserve the attractive, rural nature of Belbroughton and the surrounding area

• Maintain the local distinctiveness of the village

• Support Belbroughton's continuing evolution as a thriving village

• Encourage good design which is in keeping with the overall context of the Village

• Ensure that Belbroughton's history is respected in any future development

The Design statement sets out recommendations on:

• Siting and open Spaces

• New Buildings, Extensions and Restorations

• Design Details

• Village Greenery

• Boundaries

• Driveways

• Highways

• Signage and Street Furniture
